Train #141 The Berkshire powered by an Alco RS-3 arrived at Danbury at 9:46 am from Pittsfield Mass. During a scheduled 9 minute stop the diesel power and head end express car will be cut off and replaced by electric power for the remaining 65 miles under wire to Grand Central Terminal in New York City. Additionally three coaches will be coupled the rear of #141 during this stop.
EP-3 Motor #352 backs across the Canal Street crossing to couple with train #141 for the scheduled 9:55 departure.
